Buyer Communication Management
Here is the emails we will send your buyers for you.
Auction Won: This email informs the buyer that their bid won the item and that their payment must process to complete the next step.
Auction Checkout: This email thanks the buyer for the purchase and provides a link to review any necessary sale details.
Waiting for Payment: If it’s been a few days and payment hasn’t processed, you can send this email to reminder the buyer to enter their payment info.
Shipping Update: When the buyer inputs their shipping details, you get an update. After you ship the item, your buyer also gets a confirmation with tracking data.
Feedback Reminder: If a month has gone by and a buyer hasn’t submitted purchase feedback, you can send them a reminder, requesting they do so.
